this collection is called ‘songs for nature’

It is designed to accompany you on a 18 minute walk in nature, allowing you to let go and feel present in the moment.

whilst you let the music guide you on your peaceful walk, I want to remind you that you are wonderful. take this time as an act of self love and self reflection, and no matter where you are in life, you can use this music to pause, and feel gratitude towards yourself.

what i’ve noticed is that when you go for a walk, and you let your mind drift, it becomes like a meditation.

you can watch your thoughts more clearly, you can see things entering the theater of your mind. and letting this play in your mind naturally continue whilst you watch as an observer is so beneficial to our own feelings of peace.
